Victim Identified in Fatal Apartment Complex Shooting in Charleston County

In a recent and tragic incident, a 44-year-old male was fatally shot on Friday night at Bridgeview Apartment complex in Charleston County, S.C. The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Brian Fokes of Charleston.
