With a current management of 380 million square feet of space, Brookfield Properties is adding a new collection of homes to their Nexton community. New Leaf Builders has declared the forthcoming launch of its “high-quality, boutique production-style homes,” the Piedmont Home Collection, with construction set to commence shortly.

A look into the Piedmont Home Collection

The Piedmont Home Collection welcomes potential homeowners in the Summerville community with an offering of five distinct open floor plans. These spacious homes range from 1,606 to 2,102-square-feet, and offer single-story and multi-level layouts. This new collection is to be nestled within the Midtown neighborhood of Nexton, further adding to its variety of over 100 floorplans. Along with the new homes, the neighborhood also boasts of its Midtown Club, a resort-style pool, and a well-equipped fitness center.

John Sweeney, the sales manager at New Leaf Builders, stated that the homes are designed to elicit an elevated way of living with high-quality features and Lowcountry-inspired designs. Homes in the Piedmont Collection start in a range of $400,000 to $500,000, thus offering different price points for potential buyers.

The Nexton Community

Nexton is a thriving community, having sold more than 3,200 homes and currently housing more than 10,000 residents. The community is managed by Brookfield Properties, a company that has a wide range of real estate including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and logistics.
