New Leaf Builders has declared the forthcoming launch of its “high-quality, boutique production-style homes,” the Piedmont Home Collection, with construction set to commence shortly.

The Piedmont Home Collection welcomes potential homeowners in the Summerville community with an offering of five distinct open floor plans. John Sweeney, the sales manager at New Leaf Builders, stated that the homes are designed to elicit an elevated way of living with high-quality features and Lowcountry-inspired designs. Homes in the Piedmont Collection start in a range of $400,000 to $500,000, thus offering different price points for potential buyers.
