Announced on May 17, 2024, Stoner’s Pizza Joint, a well-known quick-service pizza franchise, revealed plans to open a new location in Clemson, South Carolina, by August. The restaurant will grace the premises at 1067 Tiger Boulevard, Suite 20, with services extending to dine-in, takeout, and late-night delivery options.
Stoner’s Pizza Joints’ CEO and owner, John Stetson, expressed his excitement about the new venture. “We are thrilled to bring the Stoner’s brand to Clemson. The Clemson market has experienced tremendous growth following the University’s athletic and academic achievements,” he said. Adding their successful track record near college campuses, he believes their delicious recipes served late at night will be well received by the Clemson Tigers!
Founded in 2013, Stoner’s Pizza Joint operates primarily as a delivery and takeout service, supplying fresh, high-quality food that’s prepared daily on-site, with minimal wait times. It currently operates in six states and has more than 40 locations. The forthcoming Clemson location is set to contribute to the brand’s growing footprint in the university scene.
This is not the first time Stoner’s Pizza Joint has ventured into South Carolina; it already has a stronghold with seven units operating in the state.
