Goose Creek Fall Festival – Saturday, October 5
First up is the Goose Creek Fall Festival, happening at the Goose Creek Municipal Complex on Saturday, October 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. This family-friendly event promises a day filled with rides, live entertainment, local arts and crafts, and delicious food trucks! As if that’s not enough, the festival aims to support local nonprofit Helping Hands of Goose Creek by encouraging attendees to bring canned goods. Oktoberfest at East Bay Biergarten – Saturday, October 5

While you’re there, join in on the fun with the stein-hoisting competition and dance to live music from Congress the Band. Tickets are just $20, which includes a great time celebrating Bavarian culture.
Latin American Festival – Sunday, October 6
The real treat this weekend is the Latin American Festival at North Charleston’s Wannamaker County Park, taking place on Sunday, October 6. This event is an ideal way to dive into vibrant Latin culture from noon to 5 p.m. Enjoy a samba dance class, performances from the N.C. Brazilian Arts project, and even a salsa dancing competition with DJ Luigi from Latin Grooves!
