National Real Estate Firm Opens Sales For Third Phase At The Waterfront Daniel Island

The reputed residential and commercial real estate development firm, East West Partners, has announced the commencement of sales for the third collection of residences at their luxury mixed-use community, The Waterfront Daniel Island. The island, located in the charming city of Charleston, is known for its tailored urban lifestyle set amidst lush waterways and marshlands. The newly launched offerings include 30 condominium residences, 11 townhomes, and six unique marsh-front cottages.

The expanding island community meets the ongoing demand for residential inventory following the rapid sellout of Phases I and II. With the pricing starting in the $900,000s, the new collection brings an exclusive opportunity for views in the thriving heart of the Daniel Island village.

Blending Luxury With Sustainability

Harriette Calder, the project manager for The Waterfront Daniel Island, emphasized that this collection is not just about luxury housing but also about sustainability. The residences are designed to blend seamlessly into the natural coastal landscape of Charleston. Notably, these buildings will feature a smaller carbon footprint compared to any component of The Waterfront project to date due to their design that complies with the ASHRAE Net Zero-Ready criteria. This means they are designed and constructed efficiently enough that with the addition of renewable energy systems, they would produce as much energy as they consume.

A Closer Look at the New Residences and Features

The third phase will introduce the Sanderling townhomes, offering a blend of indoor and outdoor living space, ground-floor bedroom suites, and a two-car garage in each unit. The Marsh Cottages, designed for maximum privacy, are exclusive single-family homes set amidst the Waterfront village. These coastal three- and four-bedroom homes provide a privileged lifestyle along The Waterfront marsh and come with a private two-car garage and entry points.

The Plover and Whimbrel buildings will accommodate 30 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums. These spaces have been thoughtfully designed to incorporate modern coastal living. The Plover building will offer four distinct floorplans with covered or wraparound terraces, dedicated workspaces, and pantries. The Whimbrel building, providing village park and marsh vistas, will showcase six floorplans, featuring oversized or wraparound terraces, dens, pantries, and hall studies in selected plans.

The Visionaries Behind the Project

The stunning interior design of the new offerings is accredited to Betsy Berry of B. Berry Interiors. She has successfully brought a modernistic vision to the community’s second collection. In association with B. Berry Interiors, two reputed architectural firms, namely Charleston’s MacMillan Pazdan Smith and Bluffton’s Court Atkins Group, will play crucial roles in bringing the Phase III residences to life.

The Waterfront Daniel Island’s latest offerings present a rare opportunity to be a part of an eco-conscious and luxurious living community. Their strategic blending of sustainable and luxury offerings has made it one of the most sought-after residential communities in Charleston.
