North Charleston Police Appeal to Public in Case of Missing Teenager

Authorities in North Charleston, South Carolina are frantically searching for a 14-year-old teen, Paty Garcia, who was last seen on Monday. The police are appealing to the public for assistance with information about her whereabouts.
