McCall Steps Away from Charleston Basketball – College of Charleston Athletics

Charleston, S.C. – Matt McCall, assistant coach of College of Charleston men’s basketball, has decided to step away from the program, citing personal reasons.

After two years with the team, McCall reflected on his time with the program and expressed gratitude for the opportunity. He mentioned that the decision to leave was based on pursuing other passions and keeping his family in Florida, which has become their home.

Furthermore, player Butler has been named to the Team USA 3×3 Men’s U23 Nations League Roster, showcasing the talent and skill present within the College of Charleston basketball program.
