Lowcountry High School Basketball Playoff Scores (2/22)

CHARLESTON, S.C. – In an intense night of high school basketball playoff action, teams from across the Lowcountry battled it out on the court, with some securing victories to advance to the next round.

Boys Basketball

  • 4A – 3rd Round: James Island 75, Westwood 72 F/OT – The Trojans secure a thrilling overtime win and advance to the Lower State finals in Florence.
  • 1A – 3rd Round: Bethune-Bowman 50, Burke 43; Cross 63, Carvers Bay 60 – Cross moves on to the 1A Lower State finals Monday in Florence against Bethune-Bowman.
  • SCISA 2A – Semifinals: Cathedral Academy 70, Andrew Jackson 40 – The Generals clinch a spot in the state title game.
  • SCISA 1A – Semifinals: Curtis Baptist 78, Charleston Collegiate 62

Girls Basketball

  • SCISA 3A – Semifinals: Hilton Head Christian 64, Palmetto Christian 39
  • SCISA 2A – Semifinals: Cathedral Academy 45, Patrick Henry 22 – The Generals advance to Saturday’s state championship game.
