Isle of Palms, S.C – The Isle of Palms Police Department (IOPPD) is currently investigating a reported overnight armed robbery at a condo complex. According to reports, the incident occurred late Wednesday at the Sea Cabin Villas positioned on the bustling Ocean Boulevard.
Victims who reported the crime stated that the incident took place around 1:20 a.m. Armed men, wearing masks, purportedly approached them and demanded their possessions. The victims have not disclosed further details about the items that were taken.
In the wake of the robbery, the suspected individuals fled from the scene. The police arrived rapidly to conduct an immediate search in the surrounding perimeters of the property. While some of the reportedly stolen items were found, the suspects remain at large.
