Just when you thought he couldn’t get any busier, this summer, he unveiled his stunning downtown boutique, Wentworth. “It allows guests to move around and eat as much as they wish—and not feel like Santa when they leave!” he says with a chuckle. For decor, he likes to cover the dining table with an array of branches, vibrant bowls of citrus, and plenty of Champagne buckets from Hôtel silver, ensuring effortless pouring throughout the evening!
