The parents, the kids, and their kids have kids and they’re bringing them up here and that’s, that’s pretty neat to see,” Joe Dinkins jagged with a hint of nostalgia in his voice.

While the pyrotechnic chapter in the Dinkins family story is closing, their other venture, Dinkins Auto Service, will continue to serve James Island. They assure loyal customers that Big Joe’s Fireworks will be open for business as usual until they sell out on the Fourth of July.
