Fleeting Savannah, the Thompson Savannah Hotel’s swanky bar, is thrilled to host the Charleston-based seafood restaurant, Darling Oyster Bar, for an engaging series of pop-up dinners. These unique culinary events are set to commence on Monday, the 25th of March, and will transpire every Monday and Tuesday until April 15th and 16th.
This engaging dining series will feature Executive Chef Derick Wade and his talented crew taking over the space at Bar by Fleeting, nestled in the hotel’s inviting lobby. A few weeks ago, Chef Wade expressed his eagerness to begin cooking in Savannah, eager to familiarize the local audience with the acclaimed gastronomic delights of The Darling Oyster Bar.
Thompson Savannah’s exclusive pop up project is an initiative led by its Executive Chef, Victoria Shore. This program looks forward to opening its kitchen doors to Savannah’s culinary risk-takers, while simultaneously highlighting their work. With a commitment to spotlighting Savannah’s epicurean innovators, Fleeting is eagerly anticipating its collaboration with The Darling Oyster Bar.

As for reservations for this tantalizing series, it has been recently questioned whether they will be necessary. At present, it is strongly suspected that reservations will indeed be needed for the pop-up. Further details will be shared timely.
