Charleston, S.C. – Following a series win over Northeastern that included a dramatic rally in the finale, College of Charleston plays its last non-conference game of the season at No. 11 Duke on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The Cougars (36-12) stormed back from an eighth inning deficit with six runs capped by a grand slam from Kevin Madden to defeat the Huskies, 6-3, and stay within a half-game of UNCW in the race for the CAA regular season title. Charleston secured at least the No. 2 seed and earned a first-round bye in the CAA Tournament, which gets underway May 22 in Wilmington.
