Sandoval arrived at Coterie after gaining experience from the famous Asian restaurant Xiao Bao Biscuit and the well-established Italian diner named the Obstinate Daughter. As per the new schedule, Coterie opens its doors to customers daily at 5 p.m. while during the day, Idle Hands Coffee Shop operates at the plant-filled patio spot within Coterie. The coffee originates from Counter Culture, guaranteeing a fantastic quality that also extends to their outstanding chai offerings.
