350 New Residential Units on Clements Ferry Rd

The final piece of the proposal pertains to a preliminary plat for the aforementioned 350 units, for a proposed subdivision of parcel 2620 Clements Ferry Rd. With this elaborate plan, the company is expected to significantly contribute towards the city’s ongoing need for more housing solutions.

Effects of the New Development on Daniel Island and Cainhoy area

If approved, this new housing project, strategically placed along Clements Ferry Road, will likely have considerable influence on the Daniel Island and Cainhoy area, impacting positively on local amenities, economic growth and potentially increasing land value in the vicinity.

A Promising Future for Housing in Charleston City

This proposal is one of many that is anticipated to sufficiently accommodate the growing demand for homes in the city. If approved, ‘Towne at Cooper River’ will contribute not only to the city’s housing stock, but also help in enhancing the overall infrastructural quality along the Clements Ferry Rd.
