The second component, ‘Towne At Cooper River R/W Extension’, covers the preliminary plat and proposed right-of-way (R/W) extension that includes road construction and master infrastructure which will potentially serve three lots covering almost 30 acres at the same address.

The final piece of the proposal pertains to a preliminary plat for the aforementioned 350 units, for a proposed subdivision of parcel 2620 Clements Ferry Rd. With this elaborate plan, the company is expected to significantly contribute towards the city’s ongoing need for more housing solutions.
