Charleston Police and SWAT Respond to Barricaded Individual at Local Apartment Complex

In an alarming turn of events, the Charleston Police and SWAT team were dispatched to a West Ashley apartment complex on Tuesday evening in response to a disturbance involving a firearm.

Disturbance on Royal Palm Boulevard
