CHARLESTON, S.C. — Erik Gustav Kirby, a local resident of Charleston, South Carolina, is scheduled to appear in a plea hearing on Monday. The 31-year-old is facing charges stemming from a hit-and-run incident from September, 2022. Kirby has been charged with two counts of hit-and-run resulting in death or injury.
