How to Nominate Your Favorite Local Businesses

Nominations opened recently and will close on August 16th. The nominations encompass a broad range of categories. It’s easy to nominate your favorite business in Charleston, just follow the steps:

• Visit the nominations page and click on the map.
• Select the “Add Nomination” button.
• Select a category from the available options.
• Type the name or address of the business or venue you’d like to nominate.
• If you’re the business owner, let CHStoday know by selecting “Yes” from the dropdown under “Is this your business?”.
• Enter your email address and phone number, then submit your nomination.
• To add another nomination, simply click the “Add Nomination” button again and repeat the process.

The Categories

CHStoday’s Best will be recognizing standout local businesses across an expansive array of categories like Kid-Friendly Activities/Venues, Pet-Friendly Places, Music/Event Venues, Restaurant, Home Service Provider, Road Trip Location, and many more.

Voting Period

Once the nominations close, the CHStoday team will process the data, and announce the final nominees on Aug. 26. Remember, the voting opens on Monday, Sept. 2 and ends on Friday, Sept. 20. So, hold your votes until then.

Announcement of the Winners

The winners of each category will be disclosed on Friday, Oct. 4. This is your chance to boost your favorite local businesses and contribute to their recognition and success.
