Saturday, July 27: 20th Annual Sweetgrass Festival
The 20th annual Sweetgrass Festival will kick off at the Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. This event seeks to showcase and celebrate the history, culture, and traditions of the Gullah-Geechee people, with a particular focus on the native sweetgrass basket art.
