The College of Charleston baseball team will host the University of South Carolina in a fall exhibition game on November 7 at 6:00 p.m. at Patriots Point. The contest will give fans their first look at the 2025 Cougar roster and will be the first time the in-state programs have met on the diamond since 2018.
“We are so excited to be hosting the Gamecocks at Patriots Point this fall. I’ve always thought the world of Coach Maneiri and personally, I’ve had some amazing experiences as a Gamecock as well,” said Charleston head coach Chad Holbrook. “This will make for one great night of baseball and our players couldn’t be more excited. I’m sure both Cougar and Gamecock fans will have this date circled!”
In anticipation of the 2025 season, there will be exclusive Charleston baseball merchandise for sale along with food trucks and vendors. Ticket information through Charleston Athletics will be available this fall.
