Berenyi will operate as the general contractor for Capital Development Partners’ new Central Port Logistics Center Class A warehouse development project, which is situated in Savannah, Georgia.

This ongoing project entails Berenyi constructing two warehouses simultaneously, each spanning over 150,000 square feet in a tilt-up structure, to accommodate a rushed timetable. The ambitious project will encompass 300,000 square feet of spec industrial warehouse space across a 30-acre plot. CDP acquired this significant parcel in the summer of 2023. Characteristic of Class A facilities, the warehouses can be subdivided to as low as 30,000 square feet and are dimensioned to be prepared for occupancy by March 2025.

The Central Port Logistics Center boasts a strategic and favorable location within Savannah’s high-speed corridor, where it enjoys approximately one mile of highway frontage.
