Charleston College Baseball Exhibition Moved to The Joe

CHARLESTON, S.C. – In an exciting development for college baseball fans, the College of Charleston baseball team’s fall exhibition on Nov. 7 has been relocated to Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. The park is the home of the Tampa Bay Rays Single-A affiliate Charleston RiverDogs. The exhibition will feature two seven-inning contests, with the first game scheduled to start at 6 p.m.

Teams and Dugouts

For the exhibition, the College of Charleston team will take over the third base dugout, while the South Carolina team will be stationed on the first base side. This matchup promises to be a thrilling event for fans of both teams as they come together to enjoy the best of college baseball.

Coach’s Excitement

Charleston head coach Chad Holbrook expressed the team’s enthusiasm for playing against South Carolina at The Joe. He mentioned, “Our players are so excited to be playing South Carolina this fall at The Joe on Nov. 7. It promises to be a great atmosphere, showcasing the best of college baseball. I’m sure both the Gamecock and Cougar fans will make this one fun night! Thanks so much to Coach Maneiri for bringing his first team down to the Lowcountry!”
