The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office has issued a public appeal for assistance in locating a 27-year-old woman. Cleo Anne Dovell, who has been missing since Thursday, June 6, was last seen in the vicinity of the 1700 block of Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant.
Cleo Anne Dovell is described as a white woman with brown hair and blue eyes. Details about her last known clothing or possible direction of travel have not been available from the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
