RICHMOND, Va. – The College of Charleston men’s basketball program and the CAA announced the 2024-25 conference slate Wednesday afternoon. The Cougars will look for their third straight league title and first under head coach Chris Mack in the 18-game schedule leading up to the 2025 Jersey Mike’s CAA Men’s Basketball Championship to be played March 7-11 at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, D.C.
Charleston’s conference run tips off on Jan. 2 when the Cougars host Hampton at TD Arena followed by a rematch of the last two CAA semifinal contests when Towson comes to the Holy City on Jan. 4. The rematch of last year’s CAA Championship will take place in Charleston when Stony Brook visits on Jan. 30.
The Cougars will play five opponents both home and away (Campbell, Elon, North Carolina A&T, UNCW, and Northeastern) with single games on the road at Hofstra, Monmouth, William & Mary, and Drexel. Single contests at home versus Hampton, Towson, Stony Brook, and Delaware round out Charleston’s CAA slate.
Conference games will be played primarily on Thursdays and Saturdays with some games flexed to Mondays. Matchups will be available on FloHoops, CBS Sports Network, and local television partners throughout the league’s footprint. In addition, the semifinals and final of the 2025 Jersey Mike’s CAA Men’s Basketball Championship at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, D.C., will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
A full promotional schedule for the season will be available at a later date. Season tickets for the 2024-25 season will be available for purchase in the coming days. A VERY LIMITED number of season tickets remain. Fans interested in single game or group tickets can fill out the Ticket Interest Form and will be added to any men’s basketball ticket communication moving forward.
