BODYROK Fitness Studio Set to Make Its Debut in South Carolina

Charleston-based Morrison Yard is soon to become home to BODYROK, the first-of-its-kind fitness studio in South Carolina. With an 1,800 sq ft studio, BODYROK plans to open its doors in the summer of 2024, offering unique, targeted fitness programs for the local community. Known for its emphasis on health and wellness, Morrison Yard continues its stride towards community growth and progress with the addition of the eminent fitness studio BODYROK.

Hill Partners Inc. and BODYROK Join Hands for a Healthier Future

Long-established commercial real estate developer, Hill Partners, Inc., handles the retail leasing for Morrison Yard, a property by Woodfield Development. The firm is dedicated not only to bringing upscale dining and beauty services but also committed to introducing healthy food and fitness uses to the project.

Robert H. Spratt, Jr., President of Hill Partners, shared his elation over this collaboration, acknowledging the continued development of Morrison Yard. “Morrison Yard offers extensive work-live-play experiences, and the addition of BODYROK – and more tenants to be announced soon – will further cement its status as Charleston’s Front Yard,” he stated.

BODYROK: Revolutionizing the Fitness Landscape

A frontrunner in the boutique fitness industry since 2012, BODYROK continuously revolutionizes the approach people have towards their fitness goals. BODYROK’s modus operandi revolves around reformer Pilates-inspired workouts, ingeniously blending Pilates, cardio, and strength training. This facilitative blend is meticulously designed to efficiently and safely tone, shape, and strengthen the body.

With an exciting blend of Pilates, cardio, and weight training, BODYROK’s signature class promises to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout that targets the upper body, lower body, and core. Each workout aims to create an exhilarating experience, ensuring intense cardiovascular exercise while sculpting and strengthening key areas of the body.

A Studio for All Fitness Levels

Class sizes at BODYROK are intentionally kept between 12-16 individuals to guarantee personalized attention and optimal effectiveness. Each participant is assigned their own reformer, ensuring a personalized workout experience. The 40-minute sessions are available multiple times a day, seven days a week, so that individuals can conveniently incorporate fitness into their busy schedules.

Morgan Sullivan, franchise owner of BODYROK Charleston, envisions the studio as a welcoming haven for fitness enthusiasts at all levels. With an inclusive community vibe, the aim is to empower every client who walks through the door, leaving them feeling stronger and confident.

Where Fitness Meets Location

The BODYROK Charleston studio, set to be the 14th franchise location, joins a distinguished portfolio of ten corporately-owned studios. Ideally situated on the southwest corner of Morrison Yard, facing Morrison Drive, BODYROK is set to be a foremost destination for fitness lovers in the area. With a stellar combination of innovative fitness programs and an ideal location, BODYROK is all set to redefine the fitness landscape in South Carolina.
