Charleston County Libraries Remain Closed Due to Tropical Storm Debby
Charleston, S.C. – The lingering effects of Tropical Storm Debby have compelled Charleston County Public Library (CCPL) officials to announce a temporary closure of all its branches and offices until Friday. Book drops and automated returns will also be closed during this period.
